Festival Fun

There was a nice little festival in the area a couple weekends ago. My hubby was working on the posse for the entire day, so in order to see him we got to enjoy the festival as well :o) The part the children enjoyed the most were the sheep & goats :o)

I loved this picture, something about children pointing at all the excitement there is to see, lol ;o) They had pony rides going as well, and for pretty inexpensive! But the twins were getting pretty worn out and we had to skid-daddle before things got too out of hand...hopefully this fall we will find some rides going again :o)

Here they are feeding the goats some corn/seeds mixture in a mini ice cream cone, the children were absolutely impressed that the goat got to eat the whole thing, seeds, container, and all! lol :o)

That is pretty much all the pictures we got, and all the time we had after spending a great deal of time trying to find hubby, we were a bit worn out and the twins acting up...I am really hoping to enjoy this a bit more next year, there were some nice booths filled with all kinds neat things, made locally...trying to keep an eye on the 6 made it difficult ;o)
